These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlackCash and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
To use SlackCash you must: (a) be at least 13 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract; (c) not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law; and (d) be located in a jurisdiction where SlackCash is permitted to operate. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent. We may require proof of age or consent at any time and may restrict or close accounts that cannot provide it.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through the in-app support form if you suspect unauthorized access. SlackCash is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
Each individual may maintain only one active SlackCash account. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, selling or transferring accounts, or operating automated or bot-controlled accounts is prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates, shared, transferred, or otherwise in violation of this policy may be immediately restricted, permanently closed, and excluded from all rewards and pending withdrawals without compensation.
Coins are virtual platform credits maintained by SlackCash solely for use within the Platform. Coins are not real currency, do not constitute property or a financial instrument, and have no monetary value outside the redemption options made available by SlackCash at its sole discretion. SlackCash may modify, reduce, or discontinue redemption options, rates, and minimum thresholds at any time with reasonable notice. Coins are non-transferable, cannot be sold or assigned to another user, and are forfeited upon account termination as described in Section 15.
SlackCash partners with third-party offer providers to make tasks, surveys, app downloads, sign-ups, and other activities available to users ("Offers"). Coins are credited only after a provider confirms successful and valid completion according to the provider's own tracking and verification systems. SlackCash does not guarantee that any Offer will be available, that a credit will be issued for any particular completion, or that any credit issued will not later be reversed if deemed invalid by the provider. Completion requirements, credit amounts, and availability vary by Offer and are displayed at the time of participation.
Coins may be redeemed for available rewards such as gift cards, prepaid cards, or other options displayed on the Platform. Redemption options, rates, fees, minimum balances, and processing times are subject to change and may vary by region, payment provider, and account status. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, fraud review, and confirmation by the applicable payment provider. SlackCash reserves the right to delay, deny, or reverse any redemption that cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or is rejected by a payment provider. Completed and confirmed redemptions are final and cannot be reversed.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all accrued Coins, and cancellation of pending withdrawals.
SlackCash may, at any time and without prior notice, place a hold on, delay, reduce, reverse, or deny any Coin balance or withdrawal request when: (a) activity appears to violate these Terms; (b) a provider or payment processor flags, rejects, or reverses a completion or payment; (c) unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity is detected; or (d) required by applicable law or regulation. Held balances may be released once a review is complete or forfeited if a violation is confirmed. SlackCash's determination in such matters is final subject to the dispute process in Section 14.
Offers on the Platform are provided by independent third parties. SlackCash does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or continued availability of any Offer, and is not responsible for any dispute between you and an offer provider. When you participate in an Offer you may be directed to third-party platforms and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Missing-credit disputes for third-party Offers are resolved based on records provided by the applicable provider, and SlackCash cannot override a provider's tracking determination.
SlackCash is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or the entire Platform at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, legal, technical, or business reasons. SlackCash is not liable for any loss resulting from interruptions or discontinuation of the service.
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to SlackCash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of Platform content or intellectual property rights.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SlackCash does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any Offer participation will result in a credit.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlackCash, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, Coins, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. In no event shall SlackCash's total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the total value of rewards actually paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
For missing credits or account issues, submit a request through the in-app support form with accurate and complete information. Missing-credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the Offer completion date; late requests may not be honored. Decisions are based on available evidence and provider records. If you disagree with a determination, you may escalate through the support system before seeking other remedies.
SlackCash may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, extended inactivity, legal requirements, or business decisions. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, any remaining Coin balance is forfeited, and pending withdrawals not yet confirmed by a payment provider may be cancelled. You may close your account at any time through the in-app settings or support form.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlackCash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes not resolved through the support process shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to the Platform to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlackCash regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
