This Privacy Policy explains how SlackCash ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Platform. By using SlackCash, you acknowledge this policy.

• Account information: email address, username, date of birth, and authentication preferences provided at registration.
• Identity verification: government-issued ID or other verification documents, if required for withdrawal processing or fraud review.
• Activity data: Offer participation history, Coin earnings and adjustments, withdrawal requests, redemption history, and ledger movements.
• Support communications: messages, screenshots, and other information you provide when contacting our support team.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, device identifiers, session tokens, and platform interaction logs used for security and fraud prevention.
• Referral data: referral identifiers used to attribute your registration to a referring user.
• Payment data: payment account identifiers (e.g., email address for PayPal or gift card delivery). Full payment card numbers are handled directly by payment processors and are not stored by SlackCash.

• Track Offer completions and credit Coins to your account.

• Offer providers: limited identifiers (such as a hashed user ID or IP address) necessary for providers to verify Offer completions, detect duplicate submissions, and prevent fraud.
• Payment processors: information required to process withdrawals and deliver rewards, such as your payment account identifier and withdrawal amount.
• Analytics and security services: aggregated or pseudonymous data used to monitor Platform health, detect abuse, and improve performance.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SlackCash, its users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of SlackCash's assets, where your information may be transferred to a successor entity subject to the same privacy protections.

4. Third-Party Offer Providers

When you interact with an Offer hosted by a third-party provider, you may be redirected to their platform. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review before participating. SlackCash is not responsible for the data practices of third-party offer providers, survey platforms, or advertiser networks.

5. Cookies and Tracking

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to resolve disputes, satisfy compliance and legal obligations, prevent fraud, and support Platform operations. Activity logs and fraud-related records may be retained for longer periods where required by law or legitimate business need. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including access controls, encryption of data in transit, and audit logging of sensitive operations. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.

• Correction: request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.

Note that some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment obligations even after a deletion request.

SlackCash requires users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete that information promptly. 10. International Data Transfers

SlackCash may store and process data in multiple jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a region with data protection laws that differ from those where our servers are located, your information may be transferred and processed in another country.
