What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device, maintain your session, and preserve lightweight state across page loads. Cookies can be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (stored until they expire or are manually deleted).

Cookies We Use

SlackCash uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the Platform to function correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral profiling cookies, or any third-party marketing cookies.

• Authentication (session): Next-Auth session cookies keep you signed in across page loads and browser tabs. These are created when you log in and invalidated when you sign out or when the session expires. Without them, you would need to log in on every page.
• CSRF protection: A short-lived token included with form submissions and API requests to prevent cross-site request forgery attacks. This cookie is strictly necessary for the security of all account actions.
• Session revocation: An identifier used to invalidate sessions that have been signed out or flagged for security review, ensuring that stale or compromised sessions cannot be replayed.
• Bot protection: A lightweight identifier used alongside server-side checks to detect and block automated or malicious requests before they affect your account or the Platform.
• Referral attribution: A short-lived cookie set when you arrive via a referral link. It stores only the referral code long enough to credit the referring user if and when you complete registration. This cookie is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking and expires within 30 days or upon registration, whichever comes first.

Third-Party Cookies

SlackCash does not set or use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies on the Platform domain. However, when you interact with an Offer and are redirected to a third-party provider's website or application, that provider may set its own cookies according to its own privacy and cookie policy. SlackCash does not control cookies set on third-party domains and recommends reviewing those providers' policies before participating in their Offers.

Managing Cookies

Because all cookies used directly by SlackCash are strictly necessary for the Platform to operate, they cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the service. You may clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out of your account and may disrupt Platform functionality until you sign back in.
